Mindful Wellness for Communities
HOW was started in our local community on Cape Cod, providing monthly “Wellness Wednesday” programs and retreats. This remains a cornerstone of our organization, and one we believe is critical to our purpose.
When we work with your community to develop a wellness and mindfulness program, our teachings are based off the tripod of a healthy heart which incorporates nutrition, movement, and “ARE” (attitude, relationships and emotions). These topics are enhanced by yoga and meditation, sound healing, and other integrative holistic health exercises and practices.
We believe we are all connected, and by providing communities health and wellness programming we can make a difference in improving the lives of people of any age.
