Health is Happiness
At HOW Heart of Wellness, our teachings are based off the tripod of a healthy heart which incorporates nutrition, movement, and “ARE” (attitude, relationship, and emotion) to promote a holistic approach to heart wellness.
Today, everyone is so busy with work, school, and their families that they forget the simple things like smiling, taking a step back, and enjoying life. Also, we spend so much time taking care of others are we actually taking care of ourselves? Health is happiness and by following our simple steps it can help you lead a happier life. It’s like taking care of your car. You change your oil, get a tune up, and rotate your tires. Routine maintenance are the same things that we must do for our body to sustain a healthy life.
You don’t have to be healthy to start being heart smart. It is the little steps you take on the road to awareness and success. We must take the small steps to get to completion. Through our programs and events, we share steps for you to learn to have a healthy, happy heart.
